Registration

1.   Corporate contact person, as well as individual or another organisation are deemed to have read, understand and consented to the terms and conditions set out herein. If you are registering on behalf of another individual, it is your responsibility to ensure the person attending is aware of these terms and accepts them. By submitting the registration on behalf of another individual, you are warranting that you have made the attendee or participant aware of these terms and that they have accepted these terms.
 
2.   Registration is at the sole discretion of organiser and it reserves the right to accept or reject registration and to cancel any previously accepted registration, at any time at its sole discretion, for any reason, without liability to corporate contact person, as well as individual or another organisation.
 
3.   Registration is via this webpage and please scroll to the bottom of this page to submit registration. To safe guard your personal data, all electronic storage and transmission of personal data are secured with appropriate security technologies.
 
4.   Registrtaion is on a FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVED-BASIS, subjected to availability of seats and may close earlier than posted deadlines. Registration will not be accepted after registration closing date and/or after registration has closed.
 
5.   All participation fee rates are quoted and will be debited in Singapore Dollars. Organiser is not a Goods and Services Tax (GST) registered entities.
 
6.   Registration by individual and/or organiser
a)   invoice WILL NOT be issued
b)   payment of participation fee is by credit/debit card via PayPal gateway
c)   if corporate contact person, as well as individual or another organisation does not have a PayPal Payment Account, tab on "Check Out as a Guest" or " Pay with Credit or Debit Card" on payment page and furnish details of credit or debit card as per information request fields and instructed next steps
d)   payment of participation fee has to be made in full during electronic registration before registration can be successfully completed
e)   upon successful electronic registration and payment, an electronic receipt wil be sent to corporate contact person, as well as individual or another organisation at email address input in electronic registration
f)   if corporate contact person, as well as individual or another organisation does not receive electronic receipt sent to email address, please check spam or junk mail folder
g)   electronic receipt serves as confirmation of registration and guarantee of seat. There will be no further confirmation or reminder there after.
 
7.   Is is the sole responsibilities of corporate contact person, as well as indivdual or another organisation to furnish accurate and complete entry details in electronic registration. There is no form of any amendment to be carried out once entry details are submitted in electronic registration.
 
8.   By submitting registration, corporate contact person, as well as individual or another organisation confirms that the details contained in the registration are accurate in all respects.
 
9.   Organiser shall not held responsible for any disputes with electronic receipt issued arising from incomplete and/or inaccurate entry details furnished by corporate contact person, as well as individual or another organisation in electronic registration.

Alterations to Program - Cancellation or Postponement of Event
1.   Organiser reserves the right to make alterations in the event program including, but not limited to,
a)   venue and timings, in which case Organiser will make an effort to inform participant prior to date of event
b)   cancel or postpone, in which case Organiser will make an effort to inform participant prior to date of event
c)   interrupt or stop event due to dangerous situations or any other causes beyond its reasonable control
d)   replacing scheduled speakers at any time without prior notice to the participants
 
2.   In the event of its being found necessary, for whatever reason, that the event is being cancelled or postponed or interupted or stopped, there shall be no refund of registration fees paid.
 
3.   Organiser shall not be liable for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by the participant or inconvenience caused.
 
NO - Fee Refund or Replacement or Postponement and Not Transferable Policy
1.   Registration and seat confirmed is not replaceable, transfearble or postpone in respect that participant is not able to attend the event on event day and/or non-attendance, for whatever reasons. Corporate contact person, as well as individual or another organisation will still be liable for the payment.
 
2.   Fees paid are not refundable or transferable in respect of :-
a)   Corporate contact person, as well as the individual or another organisation cancels registration after payment
b)   participant's non-attendance on event day, for whatever reasons
c)   participant is not able to attend the event after payment, for whatever reasons
d)   duplicated registration submitted and/or fee payment made
e)   payment of wrong payable participation fee amount
 
Attendance Sign-In
1.   Electronic Attendance Sign-In will be implemented on actual event day. There is no paper manual attendance sign-in on event day.
 
2.   Each individual participant will sign-in by scanning his or her NRIC or Employment Pass or Singapore Driving License via barcode reader. The system will provide real-time reporting of participant's attendance of the day.
 
3.   Electronic Attendance Sign-In station will commence at 1.30pm and close at 3.00pm. There is no scanning and/or manual paper attendance sign-in after attendance sign-in station closes.
 
4.   Late comers may attend the event but CPD points will not be awarded and there is neither refund of participation fee.
 
Attire Code
1.   All participants must be in proper attire on evnet day. Those in shorts, bermuda, flip-flops or slippers may not be allowed entry into the event hall.
 
FSMAS Members Registration Rates
1.   FSMAS member registration rates are not transgerable to non-FSMAS member
 
2.   By selecting a FSMAS member registration rate, it is agreed that the registrant is a current financial member of FSMAS and the the registration is made in the FSMAS member's name only.
 
3.   The FSMAS Membership number is a compulsory information to input in electronic registration.
 
Admission and Punctuality
1.   Please be punctual on event day as
a)   event will start on time
b)   electronic attendance sign-in station will commence at 1.30pm and close at 3.00pm. There is no scanning and/or paper manual attendance sign-in after attendance sign-in station closes.
c)   late comers may attend the event but CPD points will not be awarded and there is neither refund of participation fee. 
 
2.   Admission to event is strictly by pre-registration in electronic registration and full fee payment made prior event day. If such fee payment is not made for any reason, the organiser may refuse to admit participants to event and shall have no liability in that regard.
 
3.   The venue provider and/or authorised representatives of venue provider reserve the right, in its own discretion, without liability for refund, compensation or otherwise, to refuse entry to or to remove any person or to revoke the credentials of paticipant whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or offensive to other participants, or to organiser's employees or who poses a threat to security or safety of the community
 
Continuity Program Development (CPD) Points
1.   Organiser shall not be held responsible for CPD points not accredited
a.   arising from incomplete and/or inaccurate entry details furnished by corporate contact person, as well as individual or another organisation in electronic registration
b.   arising from participant not signin in his attendance on event day
c.   arising from participant's non attendance and/or absent on event day
 
2.   CPD points are credited
a.   to certified FSMs who had registered themselves in the e-FSM Portal and approved by SCDF prior attending event
b.   base on electronic attendance, which is used to capture real-time attendance sign-in of participant on the event day
 
3.   Official receipt of payment fee does not equate to being present on the event day
 
Safety and Security
1.   The venue provider and/or authorised representatives of venue provider reserves the right in its discretion
a.   to refuse suitcases, bags and/or other objects being brought in to the venue whether before, during or after the event
b.   to inspect any bag and/or other item which any person wishes to bring in to or remove from the venue, whether before, during or after the event
c.   to conduct random security checks on all persons within the venue at any time
 
2.   For safety and comfort for all participants, participants must at entry and also whilst inside the venue comply with the directions or announcements from organiser, venue provider and/or authorised representatives of venue provider and any other requirements relating to access and safety.
 
No Smoking Policy
1.   The venue provider and/or authorised representatives of the venue provider reserves the right to stop participants from smoking in "No Smoking" areas, including 5 metres of the entrance or exit of the building, or to request particpants who refuse to cease smoking to leave premises immediately
 
General
1.   To verify participant's identity, organiser reserves the rigjhts to request for proof of identity (NRIC or Employment Pass) on site and/or event day.
 
2.   Organiser has no control over maintenance or management of the venue.
 
3.   All presentation material and information exhobited in event are copyrighted and proprietary to the presenters, therefore audio recording or visual recording or photography by participants are prohibited.
 
4.   The event may be documented by means of photographs and/or video and/or sound recording by organiser, or others on behalf of the organiser. By attending or participating in the event, participants consent that photographs and/or video and/or sound recordings of event in which participants are clearly identifiable may be used in whole or in part for all current and future media, without compensation or creidt to participants.
 
5.   Organiser respects the protection of personal data. By providing the entry details in this electronic registration, corporate contact person, as well as individual or another organisation are deemed to have given consent that the information be used for processing of registration and in provisions of administrative services and support.
 
6.   Prior submitting an electronic registration and payment, it is corporate contact person, as well as another organisation's responsibility to ensure that our technology is compatible with your systems. Organiser is not liable or responsible for any technical issues which may arise as a result of your failure to ensure compatibility as above. Due to its inherent nature, corporate contact person, as well as individual or another organiser acknowledge that organiser is not liable or responsible for and delay, disruption or disturbance in the operation of the internet.
